Based on customer needs, we will propose an appropriate model. You can start with a pilot project (project-based model) to test our capability then switch to a long-term relationship – OSDC (Offshore Software Development Center) model

     Project-based Model
In this model, the project has a fixed price based on the requirements. Typical process for this model:
          The customer provides iNET with the project requirements.
           iNET estimates cost and proposes technical solutions (proposal).
          Contract sign-off
          Project implementation
          Acceptance test (by the customer)
     Project-based Model
In this model, the customer has a dedicated team in iNET acting as a virtual extension of their own engineering team. iNET takes care of the facility, infrastructure and human resources. The customer only pays a flat monthly rate. The team is selectedby the customer and the team size is adjustable, based on the customer's resource requirements.
